Take orders quickly, wherever the guest is.

    Dine-in, takeaway and delivery on one screen, with tables and guest counts, split bills, held orders, modifiers and discounts.

  • Waiter app for Android

    Waiters see tables by area and send orders from the floor. If the Wi-Fi drops, the order stays on the phone until it can be sent.

  • QR table orderingPro plan

    Each table gets its own QR code, so guests can open the menu and order from their phone.

  • Customers and loyalty

    Customer records, loyalty points and account dues, plus birthday, anniversary and offer messages by SMS through your own SMS provider.

    Each kitchen sees only its own orders and marks them cooking and ready. Kitchen order tickets can still print where you need paper.

    Link ingredients to every dish and modifier. Stock comes off as you sell, with low-stock alerts, wastage and stock adjustments.

    Record purchases and supplier payments, see what you owe each supplier, and track expenses by category.

  • Reports and Z-report

    Daily summary, Z-report, food sales, profit and loss, tax, stock and supplier reports: more than 25 in all.

  • Register close

    Open and close each counter's register with a cash count by note, so every shift balances before staff go home.

  • Every outlet in one account

    Run each branch from the same account, keep staff to their own outlet, move stock between outlets and compare results.

  • Staff roles and two-factor sign-in

    Give each role only what it needs, protect sign-in with an authenticator app, and see every change in the audit log.

Works offline

Load-shedding, a cut cable, a slow router. The till keeps selling.

RestPOS desktop tills keep their own local copy of your restaurant, so service does not stop when the internet does.

  1. Set up once, online

    Install RestPOS on the till, sign in and choose the outlet. The till downloads your menu, staff and settings.

  2. Sell without internet

    When the connection drops, the till keeps taking orders and payments from its own database. It can stay offline for up to 30 days.

  3. Sync on its own

    When the internet is back, saved sales upload within seconds and changes made elsewhere come down to the till. Nobody has to press a button.

Set up for how restaurants in Pakistan work

RestPOS starts with local defaults and runs on the hardware restaurants already have. It works the same way for restaurants anywhere else.

    New restaurants start in PKR. Restaurants abroad choose their own currency, and the till can take payment in more than one.

    Set GST or other named taxes, inclusive or exclusive, with a separate rate for card payments.

Does RestPOS work without internet?

Yes. Desktop tills on Windows keep a local copy of your menu, staff and settings. They take orders and payments offline and upload sales automatically when the connection is back.

A till goes online once to set up, and needs to check in at least once every 30 days to keep its licence current.

What do I need to get started?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC (64-bit or 32-bit) for each till, an internet connection for set-up and syncing, and a receipt printer if you print bills. Waiters need Android phones. Owners and managers use any modern browser for the back office.

Can I run more than one branch?

Yes. One account holds all your outlets. Staff can be kept to their own outlet, stock can move between outlets, and reports run for each outlet.

Does it handle sales tax in Pakistan?

You can set GST or other named taxes, inclusive or exclusive, with a separate rate for card payments. Direct integration with FBR and PRA systems is on our roadmap and is not available yet.

Is there an app for waiters?

Yes, for Android. Waiters sign in with their email and a PIN, see tables by area and send orders to the kitchen. An iPhone version is coming.

Can I bring my menu from my current system?

Yes. Menu items, recipes and customers can be imported from Excel spreadsheets. Ask about help with your first import when you ask for a quote.

How is my data protected?

Every staff member signs in with their own account and role, and owners can require two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app. Changes are recorded in an audit log and connections to our servers use HTTPS. Read the privacy policy for the details.

Which languages does it support?

The till and the back office are available in English, Arabic, French, Indonesian and Spanish. Urdu is on our roadmap.

What does it cost?

Each plan has a monthly fee and a one-time setup and licence fee, shown above. For several branches or extra devices, ask for a quote and we will price your setup.
